Hi all,My ASUS P6T V2 mobo has auto settings for all CAS etc timings. How are these determined by the mobo?I have 3x2GB Corsair Dominator GT memory - 1866 Mhz which is rated: 7-8-7-20Should I type in these values myself in the BIOS, or does the mobo select the correct values?

You can use the likes of CPU-Z or MemSet to see your current timings while you're up in Windows. This will help determine what the 'Auto' settings are giving you. Personnaly, I would hard-set them and the DRAM volts anyway to the spec (or tighter if OC'ing). The JEDEC and/or EMP list burned onto the stick is read by the MB for a given FSB. Sometimes, such as with leading edge manufacturers such as Corsair, they get ahead of the latest specs and there is no JEDEC or EMP table for these latest and greatest sticks. That is when you must set the timings and DRAM-volts by hand in the BIOS and hope you can boot into the BIOS to begin with.
