747 Virtual Cockpit Light Not working

Featured Replies

In my FSX: default 747-400, my cockpit/instrument panel light is not working... every time it gets dark i can't see anything, because the light will not turn on.If any one could help me, it would be appreciated..... Thanks!!!

Have you tried the keyboard shortcut for instrument lights? It's Shift + L. Also there's a checkbox in the Realism settings dialogue which toggles whether the pilot or the system switches the lights on. Maybe this has been unchecked. Also the keyboard shortcut L will turn all lights on and off. Give these options a try, and tell us if the problem is more serious.

maybe your engines are off, and the battery is dying from all the juice? fsuipc allows for unlimited battery life

So i tried all that and it doesn't work, my engines were started fully and that checkbox in the realism settings was already checked.....any suggestions.by the way i have deluxe edition with SP2 and SDK/sp2, just to clear things up.

Have a look at the bottom of the page in your panel.cfg for the 747. It should look something like this:{Color} (Square brackets)Day=255,255,255Night=233,166,134Luminous=201,64,64
