Hi,I have a problem with MD11 in FS9: When I enter the departure/destination in the init page in the CDU, FS9 just freezes, and I have to restart the whole program (ctrl-alt-del). Also the IRS takes a long time to line up, even though I set it to line up instantly. And sometimes i get just black screens when i try to open the PMDG submenu in FS9. I tried to re-install MD11, but to no succes, alas. The other PMDG planes work just fine (B747 and B737).AIRAC-cycle 0813, newest update MD11 and FS9, Dell Dimension 9200, Intel E6600, 4 GB RAM (Dell), PNY 9600 GT OC. NL2000 installed, 9dragons.It did work with all these parameters, but at some point something changed and I couldn't get it to work again. Is it possible it has something to do with the Airac cycle? I tried to update tot cycle 0609 lately, but when I installed it, FS9 refused to work, I got to the opening screen and then back to windows.... After reinstalling cycle 0813 FS9 worked fine again, but not the MD11. Can Anyone give me some advise?Maybe uninstalling everything and then reinstalling? Do you have an older Airac file still. If so delete the 813 files from FS9 and install 812 or earlier.

Hello falcon999, I tried it, but to no effect. What I did see was that the FMC_Ident file was of the new 0609 batch, and the rest of the 0813. Corrected that with a backup file, but still nothing. I even replaced every airac file with the original ones, without the VHHX changes that were needed for 9dragons, but still nothing... Maybe the problem isn't in the airac datafiles?Sjoerd

Does this happen no matter which airports you use, or is it only a specific city pair?
