June 20, 200916 yr I've got some really strange behaviors prior to and during the flight. When I'm in the virtual cockpit, the yoke movements are only in the roll axis and no movement in the forward or aft axis. Also, the spoiler only comes up on the port side of the aircraft. I can extend the ground spoilers on the ground and only the left one actuates. Same case with the speed brakes in the air. Also, the ailerons have no visible movement at all in either the left or the right one while in the spot view while moving the yoke to the right and left....My yoke is a CH USB and it has been calibrated in accordance with FS calibration techniques. I do not have a registered copy of FSUIPC if that means anything at this point. Other than those anomalies, everything else is pretty good. Anybody know of a fix?Regards, jack
June 20, 200916 yr You have FSX correct? Make sure advanced animations is checked in your FSX graphic options.
June 21, 200916 yr Mike,Yes, I have FSX and thank you for the tip on checking the 'advanced animations' block. That did the trick.Regards, jack
March 20, 201016 yr ARRRRRRG! I can't believe it took me two days of searching to find this solution!I completely forgot that I had turned off "Advanced Animations".I could only get the Left Spoiler to operate (and that one didn't look very good either). Also just figured out now that I can see the spoilers (and by reading the manual a little more carefully) that arming them is simply to lift up on the handle (not to try to move it manually to the ground position). Now the autobrakes are working. This makes a huge difference ;)Jason Jason Springer (p3dv5.2, MSFS 2020)
