How well will this run FSX?

'Performing well' is in the eye of the beholder to some degree. What you listed is not too far off the specs of my HP laptop, which actually surprised me by making a decent stab at running FSX given that it only has Intel graphics (I can fly the default Bell 206 and the A2A B-17G on it with no FPS choppiness for example). It's not whacking along at 60 FPS, but it's adequate, as evidenced by the fact that I can fly a chopper without piling it in on take-off, so you might be surprised how well yours does.Having said that, you probably won't get away with a massively high screen resolution, so you might find 1024 pixels wide as a maximum is a smart move if you stick the autogen up, but so long as you don't expect to have all the sliders over to the right, I think it would do okay.If the question is with a view to buying FSX, why not try the demo of it: http://www.microsoft.com/games/flightsimulatorx/default.htmAl

If you asked me will it run FSX "well," based on my definition of "well" I would say no.Maybe 20-25 fps in rural areas with low-medium sliders. Stay away from resource-intensive payware. For the video card you would want a 9800GT instead of the 9600.
