June 23, 200916 yr I noticed last evening that I was consistently getting the visible rain droplets/effect when I was flying above the rain cloud layers and had nothing but clear blue sky above me...I was at about 15,000ft AGL when I noticed this effect and the rain cloud layer seems to be at around 10-12,000 ft.Could there be something wrong in my setup or is this an FSX issue? Also, I've checked "Disable Cloud Redraw", in my ASA settings so was wondering if there was supposed to be clouds at my ALT that weren't displaying.THANKS Chris Camp
