I know that there are addons where you have a first officer and your the captain, but is there an addon that your the first officer and execute commands from your captain?

As far as I know, there are none. The reason is simple - the computer would have no way of knowing what is happening and adapting to the events of the flight, responding to ATC commands and such. If such an addon was created, it would need to be in the form of a canned adventure, no free flights.FS2Crew which models the captain role, has the possibility to perform the takeoff ONLY as PNF, where you operate gear, flaps, autopilot settings etc, but even with that you need to control the plane down the centreline as we've currently found no way of making the computer FO do it!

FS HotSeat will sort of let you do some of that, in that you can let the co-pilot perform a lot of the flight, but it is not exactly what you want in every respect and it is not really geared to letting you do it from a performance point of view. Aerosoft are supposedly bringing out something next year which specifically limits your role to that of one pilot out of a crew of two, but I think it is only from a Captain's perspective, although info is limited on what exactly that will do, so maybe keep an eye on it and see if it has the roles the other way around too. don't know whether that's for FS9 or FSX though.I think it would be tricky to simulate something like that well, since the computer would have to make a lot of command decisions, which means something along the lines of 'on rails' adventures, or FSX's missions facility would make it possible, but by definition it would have to be fairly routine, since a lot of the overhead functions that are a co-pilot's domain are not actually in FS unless done with custom gauges, which can then lead to problems with FS not recognising such stuff and having no way to monitor it.Other than those slim possibilities, I don't think there is much unless you use the FSX online multiplayer option that puts two people in one plane, and do it 'for real' with another simmer.
