I have Real Environment Xtreme installed, and their 3D-Contrails.Now, I'm level at FL370, with a contrail ofcourse, but it's still the defaukt contrails! (With all the other planes they are the REX contrails) Someone knows what to do?Renzo

MD-11 has it's own vaportrail effect - I assume the only way out would be to rename that to some other extension then name the REX one to the MD-11 ones. May work but keep a backup of the original, just in case it doesn'tJohn Ellison

So John,I need to do this than?go into effects folder, backup the default PMDG "vaportrails", name the REX contrail the same, and replace?Renzo

I have the MD11 and I never had to do any of that, I just installed it the way it says in the REX instructions, can't help ya with the 747 though.
