Good Evening I request help, i have my pc with windows XP X64 bit, and use FS 2004, OK, after purchased and download the MD-11 VERSION 1.20.55 after first time installation the product is very all ok and never problem. On other day i start my pc , and appear infinites problems ,after when load md-11 appear cockpit into blackscreen after countdown green bar initialize md-11 , ok, i proceed to uninstall and install various time ,have same problem, i unistall and install boxed version md-11 for fs 2004appear same problem blackscreen , reinstall boxed version a alternate time restart fs9 appear cokcpit efis ok, autopilot blackscreen , and i continuend install and reinstall product with negative result.Please send me solution for this problem, i have other pmdg product all series B737 and B747 pax and cargo is very ok, only md-11 have this problem.I hope have solution of this case. When you try to install, make sure you repair the Visual C++ modules when prompted. I believe it needs both 32b and 64b installed. If these are not working, then you will see the black screens and missing textures on the MCDU.

Thanks for your answer, i do not expert of technical pc question, how to repair visual C++ and install visual C++ 32 b and 64 b?

When you run the installer, it should install these two modules after the aircraft. They are redistributals from Microsoft. If they are already installed, it will give you an option to either delete or repair. Select the repair option.
