July 13, 200916 yr Hi all, I've been working on something in GMAX, but have come across an issue when trying to sort out UVW mapping. When I get all the sides set out on the map, they're far too long to fit onto the square, and if I scale them down they're too small to be able to texture with any accuracy. Should I split this section up into several rectangles? Sorry if I'm not very clear, I'm pretty noobish at this.

Should I split this section up into several rectangles? Sorry if I'm not very clear, I'm pretty noobish at this. In the edit window, frame the two vertical corners or the two horizontal corners. Hold the shift down and drag the two corners where you want them. Do not select a corner by clicking ..... there mat be two stacked. and you will miss one. This will keep the corners vertical or horizontal too.JoeW Joe Watson Lake Placid, Florida
