Temp problem with SP1

Featured Replies

Well just made my first flight since the release of SP1, and I got +48degC @ FL400, apart from that it looks very good, a great improvement. Well done, any advice on the temp prob??? I had to refresh and it did restore the error...FSX, PMDG744X win7

Thanks

Hi Paul,Approximately where did this happen? Thanks,

Hi JimYeah it was around three hours into the flight, before SP1 it used to go to +48degC for 1 second then jump back on its own, now I have SP1 installed it jumped to +48C and this time I had that temp for around a minute or so. I will re-test it tonight and see what happens, but apart from that it was very good.

Thanks

Paul

I had a similar error just west of Memphis, climbing to FL320. Temps unusually high through climbout. Ill post the log after this flight.

The log from my last flight. In addition to some temperature issues at the beginning, there are still wind shifts at times using PMDG MD-11 and all settings as per word document in the SP1 package. It is over 6MB, so I hosted it on rapidshare. Let me know if it leads to any discoveries.http://rapidshare.com/files/258850182/ASA_Log.txt.html

Hi All,1. That log didn't show anything unusual, as it just reports ground conditions. More helpful would be a good screen shot of the Report page in ASA and a shot of the main panel.2. Try a default plane and see how the temps react as a comparison.3. The wind shifts with those planes are going to be up to PMDG to fix. We have sent them the necessary materials to do so, and now it is going to be up to them. Please voice your concerns to PMDG.Thanks,

Thanks for the update Jim!
