Hi,Now try with a default plane and see what you get. Thanks,

+1... Seeing rising TAT (max at +48C) climbing out over Coloardo flying PMDG MD-11. Restarted ASA and it went back down and then began rising again. Happy to send whatever data would be helpful...please let me know what you need.

Been having problems on finals and vectoring, been getting a vector and the plane has turned the wrong way, i.e. heading 200, vector turn left heading 120, plane turns right in an uncontrollable circle, its like an "s" turn at very low level :( a new fault for me. Had major problems lastnight, and this had happened now on three to four occasions. I will not be using ASA with PMDG, the two just arent working together for me, I have dropped back ASX with the FSUIPC settings and it works, so I will stick with that for now. I havent yet tried a default plane but will at some point.

Thanks

Paul

Hi,What was ASA reporting for the temperature? Thanks,

The problem with flying the PMDG is you don't want to make it angry... I am afraid to alt+tab so I can't tell you. Otherwise my game crashesRight now I ran into the same problem near CYUY, the FMC tells me optimum alt is 310. I am there and tat is +30-40. I then descend to 290 and tat is back to more normal temps of 0. I guess the storm clouds below are causing radical temp changes above?

Hi,What happens in a default plane?Thanks,

I don't have much free time for fsx right now so when I do I fly something fun. the default planes are bland and boring. I will try and set some time aside this weekend and test with a default plane

I'm having what looks like exactly thes same problem, but with the PMDG MD-11 and ASA. It has happened to me on at least 3 separate flights. Attachment 1 shows that I have TAT of +51 degrees at >FL300. This has dropped the CRZ EGT to 1.09, which makes it impossible to maintain altitude. Attachment 2 shows the Nav Log for the area I'm in - I should be seeing - 44 degrees.Attachment 3 shows I'm back to a TAT of -8 degrees and although SGT of 1.43 plus the low speed protection desecnt rate of 3,500 fpm have put me into overspeed, effectively I'm back to normal.I have a suspicion - although no definite evidence - that this may be connected with saving and restarting a flight - the weather in the restarted flight is then not as it was when it started, although of course I don't know how that might contribute to a incorrect TAT.

Firstly, BumpSecondly, I have discovered how to fix this problem if not what causes it.Go to FS World Weather & select Flight Simulator weather rather than User Defined.Let the standard weather load then go back & select User Defined again.Seems to clear the +ve TAT, which put the engines back to the correct EPR.
