July 28, 200916 yr Last night I made my second attempt to fly from Shanghai to Seoul (RKSI). During my first try I've been asked for a go-around twice. The runway was clear, visibility good, no excessive winds, etc. So I decided to terminate RC at that point cause I didn't want to spend my night going around again and again (BTW: JD, I owe you a big SORRY for my last post related to ground operations - yesterday I realized that those two G/As made me exit RC to land immediately and thus colliding with another AI aircraft as there's been no means to warn me...). My second try ended up with tower asking me to G/A again. Clear skies, no traffic on the runway, etc. Well, this time I terminated RC right away and landed as I suspected my first Seoul landing scenario was about to repeat itself... Any thoughts of what it might be?Thank you.David.
July 28, 200916 yr Are your wheels down and locked at around 3 mile final?RC will give you a go around order if they are not.Just a thought.
