July 29, 200916 yr Perhaps some of you may be familiar with the concept of making an ISO image of Windows OS for ease of re-installation. This is also referred to as Slipstreaming. I was wondering if someone had tried to slipstream the installation package of FSX into one ISO image. It would be great to copy all four discs, plus SP2 (or the whole Accelleration package) into one ISO image. Has anyone tried it and if so, what program have you used to create your ISO image? But maybe, this is not possible given the large volume of data contained on the installation discs. Anyway, any comments would be appreciated.Thanks. Gianluca

GianlucaWhy dont you just ghost the image of the installation? That way you can still have an ISO to play with but also have windows and drivers etc all configured and backed up too!So much easier to do that than to create an ISO image of just the fsx disks which would have to be spanned across several dvds anyhow or backed on to a hard drive.
