Hello again. Today I've been trying to purchase extended downloads for the 747 series and MD-11, but am still ending up with the cart empty problem.I have read all of the other posts and have tried absolutely everything recommended, including different computers, different versions of internet explorer, firefox, clearing all cookies and cache and adding the site to the accepted list.Is there a certain order this all has to be done?Are there any other suggestions?ThanksRobert

When you cleared the cache did you pull up the command line and type ipconfig \flushdns

I did try that and it does not fix the problem. I recently had this problem when I tried to buy the MD-11 and was able to get it to work, but this time nothing is working.

Well, for some reason I got it to work with Firefox from another computer and I completed the purchase. I did not change a thing. Interesting.
