Count one-thousand-one, one-thousand-two and one-thousand-three and look at the PFD, you should be about 8 deg nose high. Practice.

Hold the plane firmly on the ground by pushing the yoke forward slightly, release at 80kts, make small adjustments to keep on centerline, be ready to take off at v1, at Vr start pulling back slowly and steady and watch the FD. Just let it rise up towards the sky. Gear up 5 sec after all wheels have left the runway. Keep V2+10 till you reach acc height, use pitch to hold the speed. You'll get the hang of it.

Well, a mistake (tailstrike) rotating a 747 should be much more expensive and dangerous in the real world than in FS, but I bet it is easier to do it in the real world than at home sitting on a motionless chair looking at a tiny (compared to the panoramic windows of a 747) screen.
