What is causing this?

When I'm on the tarmac of some airports, not all, the taxiways and ramp areas will sometimes "retract" out from under my plane as I move along. It pulls away as I move, showing the grass/dirt textures underneath.Has anyone see this happen and know how to fix it? If I remember correctly, it did the same thing on my old PC.I'm now running a P4 with a Ti4200 and 29.something drivers.http://home.covad.net/~dashunde/fs2002_ground.jpg

Theres a fix for this at some of the many airports in FS2002. This happens to everybody as far as I know. Hopefully MS can prevent this from happening in CoF. Do a search for aprnfix4.zip. The author has made several releases and there might be more than 4. As far as I know each new release contains all the previous fixes and the new ones so you should only need to get the most current one.Hope this helps.Kilstorm

Thanks. That did the trick!

That only fixes certain airports. I actually see less of this problem after I built my new system with a Radeon 9700 as opposed to the old one that hade a Geforce card.
