August 21, 200916 yr I've gone back to FS9 (from FSX) to fly a few flights and RC worked perfectly on the first one. I saved that flight four or five times as it progressed to come back to..worked great, then all of a sudden it stopped saving .rcd files. pressing : will save the flight and weather files, but no .rcd. I tired Ctrl+Shift+:, and the RC window said it was saving it...but it did not. I just finished running a test flight with the debug on, but I can't find the .log file to send you. Where would RC put it?Saving mid flight has always been somewhat hit & miss on FSX. If it didn't save the first time it nearly always did it successfully if I tried again (I learned to check before exiting the flight). FS9 was working first time every time until it quit.

Yes, I see at the bottom it even tells you where it's directed. Somehow I must have accidently hit that button and un-directed it. Thanks for setting me straight.Bill
