August 23, 200916 yr Hi, I was wondering is there anyway of telling which plane is running any given route? For example i would like to know what plane would be running the BAW283 on Monday 24th August? And is it possible to even know what gate as well? Thanks James

However, http://www.flightstats.com will give you the information you seek...just not the route. Here's the link to that flights information:http://www.flightstats.com/go/FlightStatus...ightInformationFlightaware will give you the route close to it's departure time.Hope this helps!

August 27, 200916 yr That would be fairly difficult to know because aircraft are shuffled around even minutes before departure.... and passengers would have to be really quick to disembark one and embark another in that case. ;)But sure, you are right, thats kind of information you might only be able to get during the flight or post-factum.
