There is another thread on another forum where it is being stated that EULA's prevent transfer of software use licenses.I would think this would depend on the vender and their business practice.So I though I would as JD.. is the RC license transferable to a new user?

yes, as long as the person who owns it, tells me he's transferring it to another person, and gives me the other person's email address, and contact information.i can't accept key requests from people who received it as a "gift", but can't remember who gave it to them. who can't remember the gift giver.i can't accept key requests from people who "picked it up at a yard sale". i can't accept key requests from people who had another person purchase it for them, and can't remember the name of the person who purchased it for them.these are just a few of the wacky attempts to get keys.

So as I suspected.. it will probably be dependent on each vendor as to the ability to transfer a license.Of course I will be happy to keep my license I happen to only fly with RC and find FS boring with out it.
