Hi there Guy'sAnyone here had any problems with their passwords when logging into their accounts on the main site?I,ve just purchased the MD11X and created an account did the credit card stuff went to the conformation email went to re log in and found that the page didn't recognize my password did a send password and got the email but with no password were it should be on the mail?Ive made a support reqest but was wondering if anyone else has experienced this?That will teach me for trying to beat the impending release...Michael H

The only pmdg site-related complaints we see here often have to due with browsers not updating html pages. If you have a problems with account access due to password, please email customer support from the email you provided and be sure you get an automated response (to make sure you didn't get blocked by their aggressive spam filter).
