Conflict with Digital Aviation Cheyenne navdata

Featured Replies

It seems there's a conflict between the JS-41 Navdata and the Aerosoft Cheyenne Navdata. I haven't had any problems at all with the Cheyenne before but after installing the JS-41 when I load the Cheyenne I get an error "FMS Error! Unable to open Airports.txt" and flightsim subsequently crashes.Ironically I planned to fly the Cheyenne until the FMS no text problem got solved... Looks like I'm renting a movie for the afternoon :( , FSX has it in for me it seems lol.

No. Completely unrelated. The J41 is using the PMDG 747/MD11 database.Vangelis

Ok, I can't figure out why this error would just come up now though, nothing else has changed. I'll try reinstalling the new AIRAC from Navigraph.

I'm having the same problem but here i'm unable to configure my MCDU and CDU on 737's and A320's. Your problem were solved? Help!

If you registered the Aerosoft product see what their FAQ says about it in the FAQ/Support section at Aerosoft.com. Also try their support forums since they also sell the PMDG products. You'll more likely encounter users of both products.
