I just purchased the aircraft and I am having a problem, I installed it, when I went to fsx and chose the aircraft it asked me (i dont remember what but you get them on every add-on) and clicked yes, it asked me for the activation key and put it in, after that it crashed down my system, I tried a few times still the same, Uninstalled it and installed it and uninstalled again and installed it with all the security features off but still the same, need help please.RegardsPatrick

PMDG support would be the best resource to help you on this. Send them an e-mail.

I remember someone mentioned someplace that the Verficiation window is seperate from FSX. In other words, you can use the task manager to find it, and enter your key that way. It's just a thought, may or may not work since I haven't had issues with this yet.
