September 15, 200916 yr PMDG, I do apologize for using the forum here for a question I sent via email direct to your customer support. I am not sure if you attempted to send me a response to my email address concerning a request to re-activate my download copy (activations ran out). I know that certain emails like yahoo, gmail, etc. tend to pose problems when sending a response back. Again, I really apologize and embrace the JS41 for what you all have done to create an aircraft simulation so in depth (just like your 747 and MD-11) but I don't know what to do to get myself flying again without having to re-activate the software.Respectfully,Andrew Z.

I didn't get the "automated" reply as well. I am at work at this time so when I get home, I will update my account and supply my "gmail" email address instead of the Yahoo.
