AISmooth on Client Computer?

Featured Replies

Server/Client Users:With a new system setup, I am speculating on applications that can be run on my client computer through WideFS or SimConnect for FS9 and/or FSX.Presently the main programs I have implemented by this methed are ASA, FDC, and ProFlight2000/PFE.I very well may be mistaken on this, but I thought that in a thread or two I had read that some were also implementing this method with AISmooth. If so and you are one of those users, please let me know how you set AISmooth up on your client computer to be able to accomplish this for FS9 and FSX on your server. The mention of any other programs you use this way would also be appreciated. Thanks:RTHEdit: Maybe I figured out what others have done. I installed AISmooth on my Client Computer and simply put a shortcut on my FS9 and FSX toolbars of my Server to that execution file. I am not sure this saves much, but for what it is worth. If somone has an improvement on this method, please reply with that information.

I have run AISmooth via wideFS with no issues. Also FSM moving map (fs9) and FSWidgets Google Map (FSX-simconnect), and the old Map 3.1 (requires a database built from fs2k2).scott s..
