i have fix the problem, so every one with some problem, try to download this: http://www.microsoft.com/DOWNLOADS/details...;displaylang=en that solved my problem..I find it on this forum. So now the JS41 function good, and its activated

I recommend that you keep working with support, I doubt you'll get much help with an activation issue in the forum with an unsigned post.EDIT: You just posted your solution, and it was the runtime library? I wonder why the installer failed to install this for you.
