I have been reading the site on a daily basis but have yet to see any update on this.Perhaps you can update us all on how this is going by answering some questions:1. has the cps decided to persue the case?2. has the hacker been arrested yet (if so can you reveal his name)3. have any charges been brought or advice given on what sort of punishment to expect?I await your reply with baited breath, I had hoped a further news bulletin would of happened but I can see its been well over a month now and nothing further has been said on the subject.

If you've ever visited the Sequoias in California, you would see trees that have lived over a thousand years. Think of legal process in those terms. "Well over a month" is but a day in the life of a Sequoia, and in legal processes. Also the phrase "loose lips sink ships" applies. The better left unsaid, the stronger the case Avsim might have. I felt Tom and the team shared what they could with us to give us some sense that justice may happen, but that's probably as far as they can go and we just have to let nature take its course.Regards,John
