Don, apparently Chris used FRAPS to record this video... you have to set the resolution to a certain setting, 640x480x32, in order for it to capture the entire screen. Otherwise, at higher resolutions, it will only capture the upper left part of the screen. Thats why the camera appeared to be positioned that way.
