November 9, 200916 yr What do I do? This is for a C-130 hercules. The panel etc has gauges etc but just can't get the auto brakes to work. What do I do to the [brakes] section?The [smoke system] for the c-130 is blank, how do I add one? This is C-130 from RNZAF website for fs2004. November 10, 200916 yr Nandan,Check out the contact points section in the aircraft.cfg - FS9 was designed such that if there are more than three wheel contact points specified (point.0, point.1 and point.2) then the sim will not activate the autobrakes. This is a known problem with Posky FDs where they tend to put one point per wheel, resulting in many more than three points depending on which plane it is. They had to design a custom gauge to get around the problem. The only way to get the autobrakes working in standard FS9 is therefore to reduce the wheel points to a basic tricycle arrangement, using one for the nosewheel and one each for the main gear.;)
