Do you mean can you add a new airport to the navdata?Yes, you can add real or fictional airports but you'll have to modify two FMCWP/NAVDATA files and create a sidstar file.There is a tutorial on how to create sidstar files at planepath.com, and there is a data dictionary for the navdata files in the pmdg ops wiki section. These should help you get started on that journey if you wish.
