I bought the fsx747 and i bought the extended download service.I sent the support several emails but no response and my old link has expired.I cant find their phone number and I emailed them through the support form ( email ) 5 times over the past 4 daysCan someone tell me how I get pmdg support attention.I just want a new link and access for a product i [email protected]

When you email them do you get a automated response email right away? If not then they aren't recieving the email.RegardsRichie
