Hi Nibaldo, Sorry I can't answer to the second question, but do know that the passenger weight and cargo/fuel load of FSP isn't realistic, and even the FSP forum says to disable using FSP load weights and to just use the PMDG load manager. You'll see this after starting a new flight in FSP, from the second tab from the right, on the bottom "Flight and Aircraft settings" then from the drop down in Aircraft setting (Permanent), set the top line to "Weight and fuel disabled". This only needs to be set once.I am using FSP for FSX so the menu's may be different, but this is mentioned in the FSP forum for FS9 as well.fsp.gif
