In my opionion the best editor for FSX (and FS2004) traffic files is AI Flight Planner by Don Grovestine.You can get it here: http://members.shaw.ca/aifp/It is in the library also -http://library.avsim.net/search.php?Search...t&Go=SearchHope that helps.
