Just scroll down:I used the" WOAI - FAQ and Support for WOAI installers" sectionMy mistake was being unobservant and failing to "browse" to the FS9 folder to select it as my "target" for installation. Simple as that. Since then I have installed many packages and, once sorted, it really only is a matter of about 4 mouse clicks to install a package.A brilliant programme and rock solid in my opinion.Bill

Ok, frist I ran dotnetfx.exe (MS .NET Framework v1.1 Redistributable Package) which I downloaded from where the EditVoicepack setup directed me.When I run dotnetfx.exe Win7 tells me that this piece of software is known to be incompatible with Win7. I chose the compatibility mode (Win XP SP2) and ran the dotnetfx.exe again. The same warning about incompatibility shows up but this time I chose to go ahead with the install. Then the setup program did the install and it obviously ended successfully (compatibility mode reported incompatibility of the software after the install though). Now .NET v1.1 is listed in the installed program list.Have I done anything wrong? Or should it be installed correctly now?Thanks for your help!

I had that problem myself, you need to right click and run as adminstrator :) should work
