No, I think if you look closely you'll see that those multiple monitors are running on multiple computers. It was always my understanding that FS didn't support running in 3D mode on multiple monitors, or at least multiple video cards on the same computer. You can, I believe, run a dual-headed video card and have 3D on two monitors but the frame rates suffer badly. Perhaps MS is saying that they now do a better job of supporting that functionality (or even now support it with multiple video cards). Just a guess.
