December 7, 200916 yr How much slop is normal for the Centurion's altitude hold. I adjusted the pitch control to 0 at 12,000 feet and it slowly (2-3 feet/min) continued a descent to around 11,936ft. It then began a very slow climb back up towards 12,000. Is this normal? This is my first time using this specific autopilot and want to be sure I understand what "normal" is. I'm a bit nervous to walk away during a flight as I'm not sure if it is going to continue an unwanted, slow climb or descent.Thanks!StaceyFS9 + SPWinXP + SP3 Stacey Weaver Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-bit Intel Core i7 875K, 2.93GHz (OC 3.6GHz) 8GB DDR3 1600 30GB 2.5" SATA MLC-SSD (Main Boot Up Drive), 1TB (1 x 1TB) SATA-II 3.0Gb/s 7200RPM HDD, 128GB SSD dedicated for FSX NVIDIA GeForce GTX 465 1GB PCI-Express Asetek 120mm Liquid Cooling System 2 x ASUS 24" Widescreen HD LCD Monitor DVI CH Yoke, Pedals, Throttle Quadrant

The Nav-O-Matic is not the most precise AP. And I've heard stories that the actual units operate very similar to what you are experiencing.
