My collection of 66 US locations is available in the AVSIM library (cycle_0913_sidstars.zip). Palm Beach (KPBI) has renumbered their runways and added five new RNAV SIDs. Pittsburg has added four new RNAV STARS and the Lampassas VOR (LZZ) in Texas is gone, replaced with Gooch Springs (AGJ) which resulted in a host of SID & STAR revisions at Texas locations.
