December 17, 200916 yr This has been happening regularily in FSX using ASX or REX..Flying along all of a sudden my ASI will drop to zero even though I am still at normal cruise speed. The only way to get it to display again correctly is to reload the aircraft. Then it drops again a few minutes later:( This only happens using an add-on weather program.Any ideas how to cure it?ThanksTrafficPilot Chillblast Core i5 14600KF Liquid Cooled RTX 4070 SUPER 32GB RAM. December 17, 200916 yr Very Funny, you want realism, and when you get realism, you cant handle the truth :( . Things Freeze in cold weather LOL.I used to get this problem, and i think it is from ASA/ASX. I think there is option to disable freezing in ASA/ASX. The effect, if using auto throttle is extreme overspeed cause the autopilot thinks speed is zero all the time. But in cold areas i just put on all the anti ice and pitot heat and it fixes the problem.
