December 18, 200916 yr Is there a way to get FSX to use Lbs as a fuel unit?PMDG use Lbs for the JS41, and although I note the cfg mod to work in Kgs, I'm not sure this affects the Weight Balance Sheet / Speed Cards.I find I am having to convert Lbs/Kgs in all my flight fuel calculations. For all elements to work in Lbs would make things easier I must say...best wishesKev TownsendMy posts are like buses - nothing for ages, then 3 come in a row!
December 18, 200916 yr OK - I've answered my own question again. To display Fuel Quantity in Lbs, I have to select the U.S. System (feet, inches) in the Unit of Measure Tab in General Settings, rather than the feet, millibars we use here in the UK.Does anyone know a .cfg hack to enable me to use Lbs and Millibars? I know this wont affect the JS41 as the Altimeters have both registers (Thankyou PMDG again)best wishesKev Townsend
December 20, 200916 yr I was wondering if there is some way to get the PMDG JS41 to work in kilograms for fuel and payload, I think Eastern Airlines aircraft are so configured. I've never worked in pounds for aircraft before and I'm not keen to start now, it's a bit backwards imo.Chris (廖傑英) ckyliu, proud supporter of ViaIntercity.com. i5 12400F, 32GB, RTX4070, more in "About me" on my profile.
