Hi,I recently purchased the MD-11 and when I try and install the aircraft my order ID etc is validated and the install begins.However, approximately 3/4 of the way through the installer simply disappears. The program shows as installed and works in FS9 but I cannot access the Load Manager because it brings up an error about "the application configuration being incorrect" or words to that effect.Can anybody provide assistance? The MD11 installer should launch a Microsoft Visual Studio C++ runtime installer, if the runtime libraries are missing the simulation will not work.Please sign your full name in this forum. Although it is the weekend, you might also consider an email to pmdg support, be sure you get an automated response, and hopefully you will hear from them on Monday.Also and idea, look in the control panel of installed programs and see if the pmdg and C++ libraries are loaded. You might also want to mention your OS for help in the forum.
