December 22, 200916 yr Hi!After a break I decided to take my JS 41 out of the hangar but got a CTD selecting it. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the aircraft but with no success. SP1 is installed. I haven't installed anything to FSX after the JS41! It worked before! Any ideas?Kind regardsMagnus Kj
December 22, 200916 yr Found this http://forums1.avsim.net/index.php?showtop...hl=kernel32.dll but deleting the FSX.cfg didn't help!
December 22, 200916 yr FSX SP2 is required, but there might be something else going on here. Get the SP2 for certain. The installer has repair options, try those for both the aircraft and the C++ runtimes.Try loading the ultralight Trike, then loading the JS41. Not sure this will work but I'd try it if this was happening to me. Dan Downs KCRP

Reinstalling the aircraft and the C++ didn't help and neither did loading the ultralight first and the loading the JS41!Kind regardsMagnus
December 22, 200916 yr I recall a few folks mentioning uninstalling acceleration (or SP2) and reinstalling after rebooting. It's a long shot, I notice the error is caused by FSX rather than the pmdg dll's so there's something involved in between them that makes FSX unhappy. Hard to figure out sometimes. You could also try an email to pmdg support but be sure you get an automated response. Dan Downs KCRP
