December 30, 200916 yr Just thought I'd ask...I've got VOZ but the airport doesn't seem to have all of it's taxi ways above ground. I'm using FSGlobal and I've also installed Andy & Ian's mesh. So what's the best combination of Afcad's, scenery, and mesh to get King Ford Smith's airport correct? Payware or freeware...it would be nice. Please advise and thanks!Mark
December 30, 200916 yr Hi SwoopI flew out of Kingsford Smith yesterday and didn't notice any taxiways 'underground'. I'm using Voz 1.8 and FSGenesis mesh, with a healthy dose of REX2004 to make everything look nice. :)If you disable your mesh does it solve the problem?Cheers from 170km out of Alice Springs, SLuggy I do not have a signature. Why are you reading this?

Please advise and thanks! My taxiways are fine, too.Take a look at the airport in AFCAD and check the airport elevation - mine is 21 feet (same as the default). Taxiways and aprons should always draw themselves at the defined elevation. Also make sure you haven't any other AFCADs from other installations that may interfere. When AFCAD searches, it should pick up the default (AP988440.BGL) and the VOZ one. Some taxiway sign files may also appear in the list but you can ignore those.FS Global is probably more detailed than the other meshes you mention, so you may be able to discard these anyway. But I wouldn't think they are the problem here. The other thing you can do to check the airport elevation is to load the default DC-3 at YSSY, Shift-Z a couple of times and read the elevation. It should read 30.9' - the DC-3 is 9.9' above the ground.Hope this helps,John My co-pilot's name is Sid and he's a star! http://www.adventure-unlimited.org
