Adding Contrails

Well I got this bird last night for FSX, I have not flown her since my fs9 days, I remember somewhere someone asked how to add the free REX contrails effects to the 747X however after doing several searches I can't find anything, this seems like the only aircraft that can not use the REX contrails, my MD11 does, aswell as my LDS 767, but not the 747. If anyone has any info on this matter could you assist me. Thanks

The REX files are supposed to be used by all the aircrafts since they're installed in the generic "EFFECTS" directory. Is 747 using different fx files than the rest of the planes? If yes then these should probably be the ones that should be replaced.

This is what I'm unsure of, I don't know why all my aircraft use the REX contrails but the 747 does not, is there somewhere in the 747/747F folder I should be adding these REX effects, or should I be looking to remove a certain FX file from the effects folder to get the 747 to have the REX contrails?
