>Any tips on getting a refund from these guys??There should be no problem to get refund. In Russia seller doesn't get money when someone purchase something they own. Russian bank freezes money for a period from 1 to 3 month(s). That is made for the case of chargebacks and to get some extra money. :) So, when you'll make a refund, the money should be back within 2-3 days.

What about the panel? You have not even tried it yet. I think this is the best add ona I ever bought to my sim. Its so smooth, and it doesn't effect the FPS at all. Almost all system are simulated - even the IRS allignment procedure. The FMC is one of the most advanced I have seen to flightsim, and the manuals are perfect. What about the virual cockpit?I really don't get it - you want a refund because some missing glass reflection? Then I guess you also just do a CTRL+E when you start your plane.BrSteen P

Oh ok. I'm just worried about getting a refund from these guys. One of them has already pretended to be somebody else.....so trust has pretty much gone right out the window.:(

Well, now read THIS! http://www.simsoftworkshop.com/forum/showt...s=&threadid=599 As you can see, buglist grows each minute...Especially funny FMC error "Memory cannot be read" - that tells us that FMC was made under Windows 98ME using direct memory calls...:) So, those who has 2000 and XP can forget about A310...Maybe that error doesn't popup each time, but are you sure you want to get it after 4-6 hours of flight? :)

Want to know why it runs so well and FPS are so high??Because it is based on Version 1 of a simple freeware model that has already been made many months ago.And I want a refund for a multitude of reasons..the ones above are just the initial irritating obvious ones. Selling an upgraded Version 1 Model...I don't think so.You must be the kind of guy who spends $37 on a panel...good for you!:-roll

I have XP and have absolutely no problem with the FMC so far.Yesterday I flew this aircraft for 10 hours, and all my flights was without problems. I have never been able to do that with any add ons before. Like PMDG - I have not been using it, - simply because of the framerate problem. So I am still waiting for the patch.BrSteen P

At least PMDG has great customer service, responds to emails in a timely manner, and last but not least doesn't pretend to be other people. The funny part is that this is all my fault...I should of trusted my instinct to stay away from this product.....but I just love A310s....darn rose colored glasses!

Some people can't even retract gear or extend flaps...Others have no problems. So, the conclusion - very unstable hardware-specific product. Am I right?

You are absolutely right - I only buy add ons for the panels. Never because of the aircraft itself - why? Because you can always find a better freeware aircraft. But good freeware panels is hard to find.BrSteen P

I am really into visual effects and taking screenshots so different things are more important to me.The VC is nice, but like I stated above..I "ain't" spending $37 on a panel/VC.

Okay I understand - and as you say - not everybody is the same. I almost never see my plane from the outside.BTW I paid $43 (for a panel) due to the new EU vat rules ;)BrSteen P
