Fs2k4 setting; Water Animation Vs BumpMapping

Dont know if this helps or adds to the confusion. I've got a p4 2.53, 512 meg and asus p4s8x and win 2k. Most important, a somewhat older ATI radion all in wonder. 4x agp with 32 meg of ram. No matter where I put any of the other settings, if I move water effects to high, hit ok (it really is on high when I hit ok), then go back and look, water effects are back to low. I get waves, but no other animation.Been looking for an excuse to buy a new vid card, guess I've got one.BTW, except for the water, it runs great.
