January 30, 201016 yr Well I have recently installed W7 64bit.I had put a little stuff called "UIAutomationCore.dll" into my main folder('Cause someone said it can prevent my FSX from fatal error...),but still get fatal error information.Mostly it occurs when I fly with LDS767 and click for a menue option.I had a short flight with PMDGMD11,no problem.I still have Maddog 2008 installed, but haven't tested yet. Also,no ground add-ons are installed.BTW my simulator is FSX SP2Here's my system:CPU Athlon 64b/dual core/5000+/2.6GHzGraphic Card:Geforce8600GT/512MMemory:4GBThanks very much Yuchen LengMaddog driver
January 30, 201016 yr Hi Mike,I got the same fatal error for the first time late last night. I'm running Windows 7 64bit myself. Did you take a look at the Event Viewer to confirm it was UIAutomationCore.dll that was causing the fatal error?. Also are you running FSX as the administrator?.I'm going to take a look at my error log file today when I get home to see if it is UIAutomationCore.dll thats giving me the trouble. I'm also not running FSX as admnistrator, I'll give that a try as well. January 31, 201016 yr Author Actually I didn't confirm whether UIAutomationCore.dll has something to do with this. But I did try to run FSX as administrator as well as in compatibility mode(Winxp SP3/Vista SP2),but it didn't help. Yuchen LengMaddog driver
