Since then I have sent 3 emails to [email protected] as indicated on the website but have yet to recieve a response. I am eager to get the MD11 downloaded and installed back on my system.If there is a member of the PMDG staff reading this, can they please look into this for me?Thanks,Gareth

Contrary to what Ryan says they did get an email even without an autoresponse ?Also when contacting ""support"" at support@ I never got a response. No auto response and no support. Maybe I was lucky enough I emailed them when they were all on vacation or they did not have anyone doing support at the time.Likely.Vic Nucera
