Pushback Tugs in FS2004

Featured Replies

Is there anyway i could add a push back to: LEVELD763CS757PMDG738? What fully gives you a push back. I know some POSKY aircraft have it, but is there a download for a tug so i can add it to some of my favourate aircrafts on FS2004

You can't do it. Some models (like Posky you mentioned) have them as they are built into the models. If you want a universal interactive pushback (and more) try AES from Aerosoft.

I really like the look of AES!!!! But i want to use it on VATSIM. So will it work, and you have to have certain payware airports downloaded. I just want the push back tug for the aircraft im not too bothered about air gates and what not. So would the Push back tug work on VATSIM, with a unsupported airport. Iam using all the UK2000 scenery pack parts (Not Xtreme)

There are no conflicts between AES and VATSIM flights.VATSIM controllers do not care how you pushback from the gate. However to get this feature with AES you need to buy and assign credits.Though there are quite a lot of free ones. There are a few freeware pushback gauges but they do not offer a visual tug.IMHO that can be done so I'm sure somewone will come with this solution sooner or later.

I've understood that there is no pushback tug for FS2004. Of course some aircraft have them built in, you can use AES at certain airports that are equipped for it, or sometimes I just have to use the old, "SHIFT/ P" to get my aircraft pushed back. I've even used the reverse prop feature on certain aircraft to pull me back. jerrycwo4
