Try setting your weather to a Standard Day, i.e., Clear Skies and set your Dynamic Weather slider to NONE. Start FS2004 and see if you still have the problem.Next, either try setting one of the weather themes or use a real weather download to see if the problem reappears.FS2004 Contrails are different from FS2002 Contrails, in that, they vary with the temperature, altitude, and other factors.
