From what I have read on different forums the 930's are re-packaged 920's I just bought a 920 from newegg batch 3950A421 that is very good so far. I don't think you are going to see much more of an OC because they are the same TDP and both are 45nm. Again I may be wrong but that is what i have read. As far as I know they will be phazing out the 920's.

One other thing of note is that the 930 is supposed to have a 22x multi vice the 21x of the 920. That being said 4.2 is probably about the max you are going to get on good air for either chip, either by 920=200x21=4.2 or 930=191x22=4.2, on water you would probably be able to get 920=210x21=4.4 or 930=200x22=4.4 but YRMV because of each individual chip and motherboard. Again this is all just speculation the best thing to do is to take a look at sites like anandtech, tomshardware, or some of the other review sites for the best info.
